ISO certification certifies that a management system, service, or documentation procedure has all the requirements for standardization and quality assurance. ISO certifications exist in many areas of industry, from energy management and social responsibility to medical devices and IT services. ISO standards are in place to ensure consistency. Each certification has separate standards and criteria and is classified numerically. As of 2021 Turnit withholds 3 ISO certificates:
ISO/IEC 27001:2017 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system within the context of the organization. It also includes requirements for the assessment and treatment of information security risks tailored to the needs of the organization. ISO 20000-1 specifies requirements for an organization to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve a service management system (SMS). The requirements specified in ISO 20000-1 include the planning, design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to meet the service requirements and deliver value.
