Such confidence provides a win-win for both passengers and service providers. If the initial reservation is already made, the passengers are more likely to stay loyal to your brand, even if they change from the original trip to another one.
Remember, if customers don't have that confidence, they are likely to wait until the last minute to make the purchase and may end up with a competing brand offering a last minute discount price. Or even worse, insecurity might drive them to prefer their personal car, resulting in a potential loss of revenue.
Flexibility in travel planning has historically been something only operators with large budget have been able to provide.
